here is what we say:
We are a community-based residents focused on helping
Clark County and las Vegas a better place. With the help of our Fellow residents we will change the high density apartments zone change driven by business people greed and no vision of our elected representatives.
We believe the east side of Las Vegas Boulevard at the south end of the Strip, between Silverado Ranch Boulevard and Starr Avenue should be reserved for a vision of the “GATE TO LAS VEGAS”. This is profound opportunity to turn this vacant land into a legacy for our city, county, and even our state.
oppose the zoning change!
Zone change NZC-22-0056 and vacate and abandon VS-22-0057.
support us for a better las Vegas and a valuable community living
Here is what we offer:
We have a group of investors and philanthropists who are ready to create a plan for this last vacant land on the south end of Las Vegas Boulevard. They are ready to build a legacy for our city, our county, our state and even our country. This project will not only contribute to the legacy of our community, but also has the potential to generate enormous economical value by creating thousands of jobs in our community. We believe the economic potential for the area is better served with a unique cultural, art, education, scientific development that acts as a destination into the Gateway to Las Vegas. With the addition of cultural activities, scientific experiences, and leisure services, there is significant potential to add jobs and generate revenue to the area while providing an added attraction to locals and a new magnet to tourists. We believe that our plan will bring huge interests and income to the city by attracting a higher quantity and more diverse types of tourists to our city. The wide range of services provided will appeal to adults and youth, adding to the appeal of Las Vegas as a family destination. It will engage our community’s younger generations to proudly be part of the creation. It will also be built in an ecological way that will spare the large amount of water consumption that high density apartment blocks would create; as well as offering a huge environmental contribution by using ecological energy systems and beautiful high-end eco-gardens that can be viewed from Las Vegas Boulevard. Our project will bring in a new, fresh, and valuable aspect to our community. Additionally, it would expand on the strong foundation already being laid by the county to boost the image of Clark County and Las Vegas as a strong cultural destination. Win - Win - Win: all the way!

We are always looking for our community to help us make our vision a reality. We'll help you find a way to protest against the zone change of our GATE WAY TO VEGAS! and we will make sure your voice will be loud and clearly herd.
Honorable commissioners and fellow community members, Clark County and Las Vegas.
The way to create a legacy is not by supporting projects that will perpetuate the idea that boring blocks of dense apartments are the only future of the Gate to Las Vegas. These apartment buildings may even turn out to be a “dark” hole of dense structures, dark blocks, quickly turning into the “new” Las Vegas Boulevard.
Is this the Las Vegas we want to show the world?
as our elected representatives. You are the ones with the ability and the power to create a legacy and to change the future of one of the most recognized brands in the world, “Las Vegas Boulevard”, as not only slot machines and gambling tables, but also as a boulevard of fine art, culture and education. By doing this, you will demonstrate a leadership of change, a leadership driven by the passion to create a legacy for the valley.
